เซนเซอร์วัดความดันความแม่นยำสูง (High Accuracy Pressure Sensor) รุ่น LFT2010

ทรานสมิตเตอร์วัดความดันความแม่นยำสูง รุ่น LFT2010 ทำงานด้วยแกนประมวลผลแบบซิลิคอนชนิดกระจายตัวที่บรรจุน้ำมัน (Oil-filled diffusion silicon core) ซึ่งมีความแม่นยำสูง ตัวเครื่องผ่านการทดสอบคุณภาพอัตโนมัติด้วยระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ และมีการใช้กระบวนการปรับแต่งความต้านทานด้วยเลเซอร์ (Laser resistance trimming process) เพื่อชดเชยค่าจุดศูนย์ (Zero point) และชดเชยอุณหภูมิให้ครอบคลุมช่วงการทำงานที่กว้างขวาง
