ทรานสมิตเตอร์วัดความดันแตกต่าง (Differential Pressure Transmitter) ซีรีส์ LFM53 เลือกใช้เทคโนโลยีแกนประมวลผลความดันระดับไมโครแบบใช้ความร้อน (Thermal micro-pressure core) โดยอาศัยช่องทางการไหลขนาดจิ๋ว (Micro-flowpath) ที่ผสานเข้ากับชิปเซนเซอร์ ทำหน้าที่ตรวจจับความดันอากาศผ่านการวัดการเปลี่ยนแปลงของการไหลเวียนความร้อน (Thermal flow)
